i think censorship should be exclusively reserved for people who use the word waifu. i think the right to free speech should not extend to people who use the word waifu.
Today I called a girl homophobic as a joke and she almost started crying
She said “my neighbors are a lesbian couple! I’m the least homophobic person you’ll ever meet”
I said “Kelsea I’m really sorry I hurt your feelings but I need you to know that homophobic people can have lesbian neighbors” and she just got even more distraught and said “I’ve been inside their house and I wasn’t even afraid or anything”
I know the jpop fanbase is small on here but the silence on the assault on a Japanese idol by 2 men is so worrying. Hating idol culture doesn’t mean you should ignore serious issues like this. If we don’t get this more attention Japanese media will literally ignore it because the group’s management is already making this girl apologize for HERSELF being assaulted in front of the men who assaulted HER. It’s disgusting and it shouldn’t go unnoticed.

The TRANSPHOBIA of tumblr’s new censorship of chests/nipples makes me feel that this website is no longer a viable/safe place for trans folks.
I’m basically at the point of deleting my blog. I’m disgusted, shocked and mortified.
Fuck you tumblr. Seriously. I don’t need this sort of gender and body invalidation on a site that for so long was a bastion of support for trans folks.
